non-recourse funding in civil litigation. Our main activity is in buying interests in legal judgements which are undergoing appeals. We don't lend money. We buy interest in cases, paying a discount and bearing the risk, just as the plaintiff and the trial lawyer do.
Our Bandwidth
Many of our cases come as referrals from litigation funders whose minimum transaction is in the millions of dollars.
Our transactions tend to be in five-figure and six-figure amounts. We've done as much as 2 million dollars in a single transaction and as little as a few thousand dollars.
